Last updated: 8 July 2026. This page explains how to request deletion of an Amula account for the mobile application package com.amula.

How to request account deletion

To delete your Amula account, send a request through the website contact form:

Open https://amula.app/#contact_me.
Use the email address connected to your Amula account.
Write "Delete my Amula account" in the message.

If we need to verify ownership of the account, we may reply to the email address you provide before completing deletion.

What will be deleted

After verification, we will delete or anonymize personal data associated with your Amula account, including:

Account identifiers, such as your account ID and email address where stored by Amula.
Profile and personalization data, such as preferences and optional birth or personal context you entered.
Content you submitted to Amula features, such as uploaded images and text inputs, where stored by Amula.
App settings connected to your account.

What may be retained

Some information may be retained where required or permitted by law, for security, fraud prevention, dispute handling, or financial record keeping. This may include purchase records handled by Google Play, legal records, security logs, and anonymized analytics or crash diagnostics that no longer identify you.

Processing time

We aim to process verified deletion requests within 30 days, unless a longer period is required by law or needed to verify the request.
