Data Deletion
What can be deleted, how to make a request, and what happens after verification.

Delete the complete account
For the broadest deletion, use the account and data removal option in the app’s Profile area. If you cannot access the app, follow the website process at Account Removal.
Request deletion of specific data
You can ask us to review and delete specific account-linked information without closing the full account where the feature and applicable law allow it. Use the Contact page, identify the email connected to your account, and clearly describe the data or feature involved.
Data covered by a deletion request
- Personal information, profile details, optional location, and preferences stored with the account.
- Submitted coffee images, text prompts, or other user-provided content stored with your account.
- Saved talismans, readings, results, and history.
- Account-linked app settings, app interactions, and identifiers where they can reasonably be connected to the account.
- Account-linked crash or diagnostic records where deletion is technically possible and legally required.
- Support messages held by Amula when deletion is legally and operationally possible.
Third-party sign-in and store records
Removing Amula data does not automatically delete a Google or other third-party account. Revoke third-party access through that provider’s settings if needed. Google and other stores control their own download, billing, and purchase records under their policies. Account deletion also does not cancel a store subscription; cancel it separately through the store account used for purchase.
Verification, retention, and completion
We may ask for reasonable verification so another person cannot delete your information. We respond within one month where GDPR applies and complete deletion without undue delay, subject to lawful exceptions and any permitted extension. Relevant processors are instructed to delete account-linked data where required. Limited records may remain for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, financial recordkeeping, or dispute handling. Anonymous information that cannot reasonably identify you may remain.
