1. Accepting these terms

Amula is provided by Cheniteli OÜ, Estonian registry code 17077395, at Tartu mnt 67/1-13b, 10115 Tallinn, Estonia. By downloading, accessing, or using Amula or this website, you agree to these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

You must be legally able to enter into these terms. If local law requires parental permission, a parent or guardian must review and accept them.

2. What Amula provides

Amula provides personal talismans, messages, symbolic interpretations, Coffee Fortune, archetype and enneagram-style reflection, moon rhythm, Cosmic Weather, and related lifestyle features. Features and availability may vary by version, language, device, region, or store.

3. Reflection and entertainment disclaimer

Amula’s symbols, readings, messages, and creative outputs are for reflection and entertainment. They do not predict guaranteed events and do not replace medical, mental-health, legal, financial, safety, or other professional advice. You remain responsible for your choices and actions.

4. Accounts and security

You are responsible for information submitted through your account, for keeping access credentials and your device secure, and for notifying support if you believe an account has been used without permission. Provide accurate information where accuracy is needed to operate a requested feature.

5. Your content

You retain ownership of text and images you submit. You grant Amula a limited right to process that content only as needed to provide, secure, maintain, and improve the feature you request, subject to the Privacy Policy.

Do not submit content that is unlawful, abusive, deceptive, infringes another person’s rights, contains malware, or that you do not have permission to use.

6. Quanta, Premium, and store purchases

Quanta are an in-app balance used for Amula features. They are not legal tender, cryptocurrency, stored monetary value, or transferable property and cannot be redeemed for cash.

Premium access, subscriptions, and purchases are offered through the applicable app store. The price, billing period, automatic-renewal terms, trial terms, cancellation method, and refund rules shown before purchase form part of the transaction. Google or another applicable store processes the payment. Manage or cancel a subscription through the store account used to purchase it.

Deleting an Amula account or uninstalling the app does not itself cancel a store subscription. Cancel it separately in the applicable store to prevent future renewal.

7. Rewarded advertising

Some app versions may offer optional rewarded ads. A reward is granted only under the conditions shown in the app. Attempts to manipulate ad delivery or rewards may result in withheld rewards or account restrictions. See the Advertising Policy.

8. Acceptable use

You may not interfere with the service, bypass access or security controls, scrape or overload systems, reverse engineer protected portions except where law expressly allows it, impersonate another person, or use Amula to violate law or another person’s rights.

9. Intellectual property

Amula’s software, branding, interface, original artwork, and service content are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These terms grant a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service, not ownership of Amula intellectual property.

10. Availability and changes

We may add, change, suspend, or discontinue features to improve the service, respond to legal or safety issues, or maintain technical reliability. We do not guarantee that every feature will always be available or uninterrupted. Changes do not limit mandatory consumer rights or rights already attached to a completed purchase.

11. Account suspension and deletion

We may restrict access for serious or repeated violations, security risks, fraud, or legal requirements. You may stop using Amula at any time and remove your account using the instructions at Account Removal.

12. Disclaimers and liability

To the extent permitted by law, Amula is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties that every output will be accurate, suitable, or continuously available. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded.

To the extent permitted by law, Amula is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from use of reflective outputs, service interruptions, or decisions made based on the service.

13. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by Estonian law. If you are a consumer, this choice does not remove mandatory protections or court rights available under the law of your habitual residence. Please contact us first so we can try to resolve a concern without formal proceedings.

14. Store terms, changes, and contact

The applicable store's platform terms also apply when you obtain Amula through that store. We may update these terms for service, legal, or safety changes. Material changes apply prospectively, and we will provide notice where required by law.
